sorry to ask. but how did you manage to get customer id propagate from cust community to Einstein Bot ?

is there a way to get accedd to the customer id or any unique customer identifier in the einstein bot when running within community context ?-

note: jwt authN does makes sense to get access to the resources :) appreciate your answer
