1. extend with heroku usecase: would there be any performance or constraints if we propose multiple clients (subscribers) to subscribe directly to sf event bus rather than bringing the data in heroku & subscribing to Heroku connect api ? Any benefits :)

2. in the scene where cdc puts the data in data stream , can the external subscriber not directly gets the payload with account (object) info than making an extra callout to get account data from sf?
